Game information – Game balls will be provided by the home team and approved by the visiting team. The official game book will be kept by the home team. You can use your own team’s book for this purpose. No scorebooks will be provided. The visiting team will provide the Clock Keeper. Gym hosts will ensure games start on time. You will have a minimum of at least 8 minutes for warm up time before a game.

Opening and Awards ceremony – Due to the varying start times for each division we are not going to have an opening program. We will still have Scripture reading and opening prayer before every game. The awards will be presented immediately at the conclusion of each of the medal games at courtside. No closing program. Families are free to leave at the conclusion of their final games.

I hope you are taking advantage to the area hotel information on the website. All these hotels are offering you discounted rates for our tournament. They all are eager to make your stay enjoyable. I know that the Hilton even offers free shuttle service between their hotel and the I.A.D. gym. I can’t imagine that families would not want to take advantage of that kind of service.
